Fear of failure! To live my dream! To provide for myself and my son! Roof over our heads food in our bellies!

If I stop hustling, just one day… another person slides in my place. People expect artist to be available immediately and if we have a moment of radio silence or booked schedules.. on to the next they go!

In a way, maybe that’s a sign another artist was better for the job, or maybe that’s me trying to find peace in their hustle alongside mine!

If you truly know me, you know I wish for other artist to succeed. I over give advice. I share things that I hope help them. I even refer other artist for jobs if I feel they are the better fit. I could be shooting myself in the foot here, but I can’t help myself. If we keep the momentum of the arts, we can all succeed. So many walls and rooms to fill with art of all kinds!

With this all said, I’m off with the kiddo on a quick little St Augustine trip to explore, eat and look at art for inspiration for upcoming jobs. I’ll be working on designs at the condo at night!
